It's health benefits are enormous.
Today I got carried away designing my breakfast & lunch!
This is what I came up with = totally delicious.
I do love to cook though, so for me 'Raw Food' will be a part time thing. . .
Breakfast: - mixed fruit smoothie with some little extras!
1 x plum
1 x nectarine
Blended and sipped and savoured = too delicious
(downed too quick to get a photo!)
Tasty snacks: - I got hungry mid morning so cut a fresh courgette which was so sweet I couldn't stop eating it. Then I wanted something even sweeter so got carried away making prune & raw chocolate balls with sesame & cashew nuts.. . . so chewy and delicious.

Lunch: - 'Super salad' - (mostly from the garden)
I BLENDED it with some Tamari (soy sauce) and it was still delicious!
