Lunch - Corn & green veg chowder?
Corn, broccoli, courgette, onion, kale, lettuce, hemp seeds, mixed nuts. (in hindsight I should have added some oatmeal (to replace traditional potatoes & blended with rice milk)
I didn't need dessert again today, but a banana, or any piece of fruit would do.
DAY 5 . . . . . . . .
Today I had brown rice & Buckwheat flakes and a few oats drenched in Almond milk. . . with grapes, a couple of slices of nectarine & a few flaked almonds. . . very filling!
I sipped on a mixed berry smoothie too during the morning . . . yum!
I added a capful of red wine, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, sea salt & black pepper, for taste. . . . All blended together with a little fresh warm water . . . . . .Avocado on the side . . . . It was good
